The Carbon Bar is a beautiful downtown Toronto restaurant known for oysters, serious cocktails, seafood, and live-fire barbecue - not a barbecue shack that happens to serve other food. Iconic globe pendants, candle-lit tables, and a full bar welcome walk-ins and reservations seven days a week.
