Does The Carbon Bar serve brunch?

Yes — every Sunday, 11am to 3pm. The dining room flips to dinner service after that.

Can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome, but brunch books out most Sundays. Reservations recommended.

Are there vegetarian options?

Yes — the smoked white bean shakshuka is vegetarian and several items can be modified. Tell your server.

Is it kid friendly?

Kids are welcome. The pancakes and French toast tend to be easy wins.

What’s the Prosecco deal?

$25 bottles of Prosecco at brunch while they last. First come, first poured.
