Why book the Carbon Bar
A different kind of barbecue night.
Most guests come in expecting BBQ. They leave talking about the oysters, the cocktails, and the room. That's exactly the point. Carbon Bar is a beautiful Queen East restaurant that happens to do exceptional barbecue, with a bar program that holds the night.

Brisket sliced thick with peppered bark, glossy ribs, crisp fried chicken, sides plated for the middle of the table.

How do I make a reservation?
Book online through the OpenTable widget at the top of this page for instant confirmation, or call (416) 947-7000. Reservations are recommended for dinner, especially Thursday through Saturday.
What are your hours?
Open seven days a week. Sunday through Thursday 3pm–10pm, Friday and Saturday 3pm–11pm. Happy hour runs every day from 3pm to 5pm with half-price oysters.
Do you take walk-ins?
The bar always welcomes walk-ins, including for happy hour. The dining room books up quickly on weekend evenings, so a reservation is recommended.
