No. Carbon Bar gift cards never expire and don't lose value over time. Use the balance over multiple visits if you like.
Where can they be redeemed?
Anywhere we ring you up, the dining room, the bar, private events, catering invoices, and gift card refills.
Can I send a digital card to someone today?
Yes. Digital cards are emailed within minutes and can be scheduled for a future delivery date if you're planning ahead.
Do you do printed cards?
Yes. Printed cards ship in a Carbon Bar envelope with your handwritten-style note. Two business days for single orders, five for bulk.
Can I add a personal message?
Always. Add a note at checkout, digital cards print it on the email, printed cards include a card-stock insert.
How do I check the balance?
Look it up on Toast with the card number, the remaining value comes up instantly. Or call the restaurant and we'll check it for you.
Lost the card?
Email gifts@thecarbonbar.ca with the original purchase email. Balances are tied to the card number and can be reissued.
